Chimney Services

Chimney Sweeping

Every sweep includes a thorough appliance and flue inspection, full sweep, clean, smoke draw test and a safety certificate.

I use a HEPA-rated vacuum and protective coverings to ensure a clean working environment and keep your home spotless. To complete the service I will require access to a power source and your household waste bin.

CCTV Inspections

I offer high-resolution CCTV flue inspections to visually assess condition and identify blockages or faults.

A copy of the inspection video can be shared with you upon completion. This specialist service is typically an add-on to investigate issues found during a sweep and incurs an additional fee.

Bird Nest Removals

I provide a complete bird's nest removal service including a pre-sweep CCTV inspection, thorough clearing and a post-removal CCTV safety check.

Please note that under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, I cannot remove live nests. If an active nest is found, removal must be rescheduled outside of nesting season, between September and January.

Maintenance

I source and fit replacement parts for most stoves, including rope seals, baffle/lining plates and glass. Please note I provide a fitting only service for firebricks.

If any other part cannot be sourced through my suppliers, I will gladly advise on where to purchase it and I can provide a fitting-only service once it arrives.
